Terms and Conditions

The following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as well as all transactions conducted through the site.

Consumer Agreement

No order will be shipped out if full payment is still pending.

Direct Deposit: Direct Deposit is also accepted. If you make payment by Direct Deposit, please email us for details.

Shipping & Delivery

We can ship items to P.O. address.

All packages are double checked and well packed by our warehouse staffs to make sure they are safe during shipping.

Limited Warranty

If the items are damaged, please contact us by email (sales@houseofhoon.com.au) first and detail the issues.

We offer one year warranty from the date of received package for all items. (not including OEM turbos) You can send the items back to us.

*Please note that the warranty fee will be charged to the buyer, if the damage was caused by inappropriate use.

Two things that the buyer needs to do:

1. Detail everything you have done for installing the turbo/parts, and send the pictures of the damaged parts to us (sales@houseofhoon.com.au)

2. Send back the damaged turbo/parts, and provide the tracking number

*Important: The buyer must pay the return shipping fee (From buyer's country to Taiwan)

Once we have received the returned turbo/parts, we will check it thoroughly and try our best to repair it for you.

There won't be any refund if the buyer didn't follow our warranty policy or return the damaged turbo/part.

An appropriate fee will be charged based on the specific situation to cover the cost of service and replacement

Return Policy

If we send the wrong item, we will send a replacement part ASAP once we get your information and pictures.

If customers bought the wrong parts, we accept the return within 2 weeks from the date of received package.

The returned package must be brand new condition. 20% restocking fee will be applied and Shipping & Handling fees are not refundable.
