Returns Policy

If you've ordered the wrong item or no longer require it, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a change-of-mind return, the item must be:

• Unused and uninstalled
• In its original packaging
• In a resalable condition

Approved change-of-mind returns may be subject to a restocking fee.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. For Australian orders, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label, with the shipping cost deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be processed once the returned item has been received and inspected.

DUE TO DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEM

All House of Hoon Water-Cooled Alternators are backed by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

This warranty does not cover damage caused by incorrect installation, misuse, modifications or accidents.

Installation must be carried out correctly, including proper bleeding of the cooling system where applicable.

Shipping

We ship Australia-wide.

Orders are generally dispatched within 1–2 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Pre-order items will be dispatched within the estimated timeframe shown on the product listing.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive tracking details via email.

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the selected shipping service.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, they may be shipped together unless otherwise arranged.
